The Fort McCoy Military Personnel Division (MPD) is available to assist all Soldiers, Retirees and Family members. MPD also issues ID cards to Department of Defense civilian employees and contractors. MPD services include processing congressional inquiries, records maintenance, retirements, separations, reassignments, ID cards, awards and personnel actions, officer and enlisted evaluations, retirement services, and line-of-duty investigations.

Services are provided by the 88th Readiness Division Casualty Assistance Office. The office is located in Building 60. Call 608-388-0435.
This office processes congressional inquiries received from the Congressional Liaison Office and Headquarters, Installation Management Command. The Fort McCoy Directorate of Human Resources Office provides fingerprint support for civilian and military background investigations (clearance suitability). Fingerprinting services are provided by appointment only. You must bring one of the following valid and non-expired Government issued picture identification options with you to your finger printing appointment: U.S. Military ID Card, U.S. Driver's License, valid state ID or U.S. Passport are required for fingerprinting services. The office, located at Building 35 (Main Gate), is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). Call 608-388-4563.
